MATERIALS
All garments are made from unbleached cotton. The cotton is sourced from farms in Turkey and spun locally. Turkish cotton is typically characterised by its long staple fibres, soft yet durable structure, good breathability, and smooth, resilient yarn quality.
Unbleached cotton retains its natural color, ranging across off-white tones, without chemical bleaching. This preserves the fibers' strength and durability, extending fabric life. Free from harsh treatments, unbleached cotton is more gentle on the skin and allows it to break down more naturally at the end of its life, while maintaining its character over time.
PRODUCTION
The fabrics are knitted in the Swabian Alb region of southern Germany on circular knitting machines built between 1900 and 1960. These machines run on a single electric motor with a leather‑strap transmission, keeping energy use low and ensuring consistent, precise results.
Knitting, sewing, and label production all take place within the same small village in Germany, reducing transport emissions and enabling close coordination with local partners.
We currently do not hold certifications such as GOTS or Oeko‑Tex, as these are cost‑prohibitive for small‑scale production. As the brand grows, we aim to introduce GOTS‑certified options.
PACKAGING
We use vacuum pouches (Recycla Pouch™) made from LDPE, a fully recyclable material. Unlike traditional multi-layer pouches, these bags are designed so all materials can be processed together, supporting recycling and a longer lifecycle. By delivering our garments in vacuum-sealed pouches, we ensure they remain in pristine condition while also minimizing space during transport and storage, reducing waste and resource use.
SINGLE RIB
Our Single Rib fabric in 160g/m2 is made from unbleached cotton, knitted in a 22-gauge fine rib, which gives it a super soft and refined handfeel and enhances natural elasticity, ensuring the fabric stretches comfortably to fit the body. It's both breathable, allowing for airflow, and durable, ensuring a long-lasting quality and comfort. Our Single Rib is perfect for inner-wear garments such as underwear.
LIGHTWEIGHT SINGLE JERSEY
Our Lightweight Single Jersey fabric, 135 g/m2, is made from unbleached cotton knitted in a 28-gauge fine rib. It provides a super-soft, lightweight fabric that is breathable and durable, ensuring long-lasting quality and comfort. Our Lightweight Single Jersey is ideal for comfortable everyday wear.
