Maalouf offers worldwide shipping.
We dispatch orders twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. If your order is urgent, please mention it at checkout or email us at hello@maaloufunbleached.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:

  • We are currently unable to ship to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, and Israel.
  • Customs duties and local taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the EU.

Orders qualifying for complimentary shipping are sent via the most economical shipping method.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Depending on your location and order value, local customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be cancelled. Any return shipping and customs-related costs will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your return. The return period expires 14 days after you receive your order.
  • If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, the return period begins on the day you receive the final item.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.
  • Please note that returns must be registered with us in advance. Refusing a delivery without prior notice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
  • We do not offer complimentary returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You may arrange shipping yourself, or we can provide a return label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. The cost depends on your location.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been tried on without protective barriers cannot be accepted. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend trying the garment over your own underwear.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping and related fees will be deducted from your refund.
