"Maalouf Meets —" is a journal series where we explore conversations with inspiring individuals.
In this edition, we sit down with Theo to discuss life, underwear, and everything in between.

Calvin Klein corrupted my young mind."
Q: What has been your underwear journey?
A:
It took me almost my whole life to find the perfect pair of underwear.
It is made by Patagonia:
”a performance boxer brief made with moisture-wicking 89% recycled nylon/11% spandex stretch micromesh fabric for high-output activities and travel. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory."
Q: Is there such a thing as a perfect piece?
A:
"Yes, see above. ;)"
Q: Do you wear underwear as outerwear?
A:
"I prefer my birthday suit as outerwear."
Q: Do you have going out underwear?
A:
"This question seems more appropriate for a professional wrestler."
Q: Has there been an occasion where the underwear made you fall in love with someone?
A:
"Any occasion where 'said person' was wearing Calvin Klein underwear, 90s anxiety."
Q: Is there a piece of art or literature that you remember because of the underwear?
A:
"No, but Boogie Nights came to mind—maybe because of Mark Wahlberg and
Calvin Klein. Shout out PTA."
Last but not less important…
Q: What is a perfect meal or dish to be enjoyed when you are just in your underwear?
A:
"Lobster and a side of linguine, with a bib of course."
Thanks, Theo, for joining our journal and Katrine Møbius for capturing the essence of it.
All the best — see you.”
