RETURN POLICY —
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us.

We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Unfortunately we don’t offer free returns, but we will gladly help to provide you with a return label. The return shipping fee will be retracted from the final refund.

EXCHANGES —
A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.

MAALOUF ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY DESTINATION CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:

– Should there be delays with the logistics company MAALOUF cannot be held liable.

– MAALOUF will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.
