MAALOUF CARE GUIDE



At Maalouf we care for our garments and treat  them with respect to
prolong their lifespan. All garments are made from pure, untreated, 
100% organic undyed cotton, and with the right care they will stay soft, 
durable and beautiful for years.

STAINS

Act quickly on small stains: add a little mild spot remover to the stain and
 rinse gently. For heavier stains, a short pre-soak before washing can help.
Avoid bleach and harsh stain removers.


WASH


Wash all Maalouf garments at 40°C with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach
and harsh detergent. After washing, remove garments from the machine
promptly to prevent creasing. Between washes, you can freshen your
T-shirt by hanging it outside or gently spot cleaning.

DRY


Always skip the tumble dryer. Air dry on a hanger or lay garments flat,
as heat can cause shrinkage, yellowing and unnecessary wear.
Shake each garment lightly before drying to help it keep its shape and
if needed, stretch the garment slightly while damp to let the natural
cotton fibres return to their shape and reduce the need for ironing.



IRON


If ironing, use low heat with a little steam. Store your T-shirts folded and
out of direct sunlight to help maintain their natural shape and color
